We did the sushi making tour with our lovely guide JUNKO. First we strolled through the marked where Junko explained about each of the ingredient, many of which where strange to us. Then we made our own sushi at a sushi restaurant which is normally closed on the afternoon and was opened just for the tour. The sushi class was very enjoyable: we made about 8 pieces of sushi of different kinds which were very tasty.

This was an incredible, one of a kind experience. We have been all over Japan but this is the first time we had a guide and it was so worth it. The walk around the markets was so informative and the sushi making experience with the sushi master was a one of a kind experience. This experience is one of the best things we did in Japan - highly recommend it to any and all!!

Best tour ever!!! Our tour guide Tatsuya has all the insider knowledge of Kuromon Market and Namba area. It was a very pleasant walk around and we loved the street food. Sushi making class was a big surprise and it was much easier than we thought -- even my teenager kids managed to do it quite nicely. Highly recommended for family!!!
