Our tour guide Tomo was excellent. She met us at the meeting place with a friendly smile and explained to us how and where the fish market tour would go. The food we tasted on the tour was fantastic. So fresh. The tour was at a good pace and Tomo navigated us expertly through the crowds and we had plenty of time to stop at the stalls and eat the food Tomo had selected for our tastes. Our stand up sushi lunch was fantastic. The chefs making our selected sushi right in front of us. We highly recommend this tour when you visit Tokyo. Ask for Tomo.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. We both love Japanese cuisine and wanted to learn more about it. The markets are fascinating and being able to try a variety of fresh foods and dishes was exciting. We tried a good variety of things that I wouldn't have known about or tried if we were on our own - like dried crickets, the gigantic oysters, roasted vs marinated soy beans, sake (drunk from a cedar box) made at the only sake brewery in Tokyo, shrimp and onion fritter-like skewers, and more! Our guide Kumi was lovely. The sushi at the end of the tour was definitely our favourite. In fact, it was the best sushi we've ever eaten!!

It was great to attend a trip with guide around Tsukiji.
I have been to japan for several times and also can speak Japanese. But it is still hard to know the local culture well and need to spend so much time on preparing rather than enjoying the trip. I think this is a good choice for traveling with family or 3~4 friends. Thank you Japan wonder travel!

We went to Tsukiji Fish Market many times, mostly relying on guide book and web info.
So we decided to take on a guided tour with an expectation that we would be able to know and learn more. We were so happy with Junko San as our guide, and it was just a small group of four people. Enjoying food in the market while interacting with the shop owners/staff was an interesting and joyful experience. The visit to the inner market was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience in view of the fact that the inner market is scheduled to be moved away from the present location. SO BE HURRY IF YOU DO WANT TO TAKE A LAST LOOK AT THIS AMAZING AND WORLD FAMOUS MARKET!
