I had a very enjoyable time on the walking tour of the fish market. My tour guide, Toshi, was very knowledgeable of the market and history. He made the tour both informative and enjoyable. Sushi making was fun and is an excellent family activity. It is not a course for those looking to learn more about how to prepare the rice and have an opportunity to carve the fish, as it is all prepared ahead of time. However you will learn how to assemble the sushi and enjoy a very good sushi meal. The experience is well worth the cost

4.3 Stars We loved the concept of walking around the Fish market with someone who knows the market, the paces to go and food to eat I would have loved it if I was able capture some of the memories in the fish market - I was advised not to click pictures this was disappointing however was able to grab a few good images of the outer market Thanks to Toshi-san we have a great time preparing our sushi lunch Dipen
